Design project consists of several parts: concept, technical part and 3d-visualization. The concept includes the main elements of style, the technical part - drawings and sweepings of the interior and equipment, specifications, as well as lists of where to buy the necessary materials. The last part is a visualization, which allows the client to better imagine the future interior.

The work begins with a preliminary conversation and analysis of the object. To do this, you must fill out the brief in detail. At the first meeting we discuss the terms of the project and prices, and an agreement is signed. Then the first advance payment is made and we start working on the project. We work after the contract is signed and on the basis of the contract.

Depending on the project, each intermediate step is agreed upon with the client. Usually it is a concept, zoning, arrangement, design and visualization.

Terms of Reference - a detailed description of the client's tasks for the development of the design project, which reflects the main parameters of the object and its future interior.

Our company has a large staff of employees: architects, furniture designers, designers, and marketing specialists. So usually four or five people work on one design project. If necessary, additional specialists are invited (merchandiser, florist, artist, etc.).

We work throughout Belarus, as well as in Russia, Ukraine and the EU countries.

Payment is usually made in three stages, and consists of two standard prepayments (35%), which is made at the initial stages of the project, and the final amount (30%), which the customer contributes after signing the act of agreement.
