We are looking for a dynamic and engaged Lead Generation Manager to represent our services.


You will be responsible for generating leads through various channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, Dribbble). Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and analyzing your lead generation efforts to measure your success and make recommendations for improvement.

Role Description

The Lead Generation Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for creating and executing lead generation campaigns to drive sales growth. Key responsibilities include identifying target audiences, generating and managing leads, and optimizing marketing automation and lead nurturing processes. The Lead Generation Manager will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure successful execution of lead generation strategies.

Qualifications

- Experience in B2B lead generation, with a proven track record of success.

- Expertise in lead generation tools and technologies, including marketing automation and lead nurturing.

- Strong understanding of social media and its role in lead generation.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Highly organized with strong project management skills.

- Experience in the retail or design industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

- Project searching and selection based on specified criteria (Upwork, LinkedIn, Dribbble).

- Writing persuasive cover letters.

- Achieving performance metrics (quantity and quality of letters, conversion rates).

- Project management and client communication.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production departments.
